Laser Cut out of 1/2" 1018 steel plate, they are 2.25" long and 3" tall. they are for surface mounting and do not required a slot to be cut in the face of the bumper. I suggest that you weld 2 of them side-by-side as shown in the picture to make one, 1” wide shackle mount. Not Rated for Load.

They are for extending thru the bumper tube and either welding to the back side of the bumper or tying directly into the frame. I suggest that you weld 2 of them side-by-side as shown in the picture to make one, 1” wide shackle mount. Not Rated for Load.

Wheel Mounting Plates are laser cut out of 3/8” 1018 Steel plate. 4 different standard bolt patterns are cut into this plate: 5 on 4.5”, 5 on 5.5”, 6 on 5.5”, and 8 on 6.5”. the holes are cut so that a common Dana 35 wheel stud from your local auto parts store presses right in.

These tabs are 2” wide, 2 ½” long and have a 0.600" diameter hole. There are many uses for these little tabs, including: mounting almost any brand of light, CB antenna mount, and off-road safety flag mount. weld them to just about anywhere for just about anything.

A 4.000" long piece of heavy wall structural TUBING (not sch. 80 pipe) that has been machined so that the bearing races are a close-slip-fit in the bore. They press down against a shoulder. Compared to the other hinges out there that have a piece of pipe welded inside another piece of pipe. There is NO comparison, this thing is cool. This is only the tube that the bearings press in to and is for welding your tire carrier to. Uses standard trailer wheel bearings, seals, caps, and stub axles.
